• Co-founder and Managing Partner of The Helm, a community and venture fund that rethinks how people invest in female entrepreneurs.

•The Helm’s community is a diverse mix of individuals also passionate about driving access to resources for female founders. Their experiences and influence span industries -- from leaders in media like Pilar Guzman and Gerry Laybourne to successful founders like Joe Gebbia and Kathryn Minshew to artists like Cleo Wade.

• Formerly an investor at Karlin Ventures, a seed stage VC fund based in Los Angeles, invested across a broad set of industry verticals - primarily Software as a Service, marketplaces, commerce technologies. Portfolio included companies like Laurel & Wolf, Policy Genius, Verge Genomics, ChowNow, and Pathmatics.

• Established her career as an investor working in markets undergoing extreme transition. Started at Deutsche Bank on Wall Street during the summer of 2008, then worked for the company’s Middle East headquarters during the tumultuous years leading up to the Arab Spring.

• Joined The Weinstein Company in 2011, where she helped structure more than $400 million in credit facilities for the studio and led new technologies initiatives as part of the broader investment and strategy team, focusing on opportunities across the film, television, music and digital groups.
