• Represents leading companies and entrepreneurs in state and federal commercial litigation matters including representation of court-appointed receivers and trustees, business torts, and trade secrets litigation and advises numerous companies and entrepreneurs in the growing digital currency and blockchain space, including token issuers, BitcoinATM networks, investment funds, and high net worth investors.

• Published and cited frequently in academic and popular press in the areas of virtual currencies, smart contracts, distributed ledger-based technology.
